Kilimanjaro Trekking Trips is an independently owned and operated tourism group founded and run by Tanzanian natives! We want you to enjoy the wonderful travel experiences that inspired us to found Kilimanjaro Trekking. To do this, we take the stress and hassle out of your adventure. If you lose something on the way here, we’ll help to find a replacement. If your baggage is delayed, we’ll send it to you while on the mountain or during Wildlife Safari. We are constantly scouring Tanzania to monitor the quality and standards of your accommodation, ensuring you have the best possible options.

Masulya is the founder and owner of Kilimanjaro Trekking Trips. He is passionate about sharing all that Africa has to offer by creating personalized experiences for his clients.

Many of our employees have been with us since Kilimanjaro Trekking Trips began. They know the terrain intimately and take great pride in their work. They will never compromise your safety. At Kilimanjaro Trekking we are a close community, and most of us live in Arusha. We know each other well and have a special mutual respect. We are also one of only few companies to consistently comply with all fair treatment conditions on the Mountains for our Team.
Kilimanjaro Trekking’s chief guides and assistant guides are Wilderness First Responder Certified. Many of our cooks and porters have first-aid training. During a Kilimanjaro climb, we hike with at least one head Guide, an Assistant Guide, Cook and several Helpers.
